We are in search of a programmer/developer to help us overcome a problem in our system.
We use Salesforce CRM and Google’s workspace (G-Suite). Our work is similar to a customer care center. By using the salesforce lightning Sync integration our contacts from Salesforce are synced to a Google group “Salesforce Contacts”.
The problem is, these contacts don’t sync straight away into the end clients’ contacts due to which the data doesn’t on our representative’s phone call.
End impact: when a client calls, our representative can’t see which client this is.
This is what we need from you:
A trigger that can add, update and delete contacts from our google group.
An action activity that adds, updates, and deletes contacts in the google workspace directory.
Thus, the contacts will be synced directly from salesforce to the google workspace directory and the data be accessible to our representative desk.
